Referral Bonuses

 

In our experience, great nurses often network with other excellent nurses. We also know that when we value our existing staff and we provide them with a great service, they will recommend us to their friends.

Therefore we pay a cash bonus of $300 to a Medacs staff person who refers a new Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.  The new referral must complete 115 hours before the bonus is paid.  This bonus is not for a limited time and is before tax.
