Medacs Healthcare specialises in the recruitment of healthcare professionals. Our experience is proven: we have enabled hundreds of nurses, doctors and those in allied health professions to enjoy the wonderful experience of living, working and travelling in New Zealand.

Medacs Healthcare is a preferred supplier to some of New Zealand's largest healthcare providers. We have two specialist divisions:

  • Medacs Nursing recruits and supplies Midwives, Registered and Enrolled Nurses to Public Hospitals, Private Surgical and Long Term Care Facilities. We offer temporary or short-term contracts within Auckland and arrange all work visas for you.
  • Medacs Doctors recruits and supplies Doctors and General Practitioners to the public sector (both Acute and Psychiatry), GP Surgeries and the private sector. We offer temporary or short-term contracts within Auckland and arrange all work visas for you.
  • Medacs Healthcare specialises in recruitment for permanent roles, working in partnership with our nationwide network of healthcare providers, to meet their longer term staffing requirements for nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, pharmacy, scientific, dental, management and administration staff in both public and private health settings. Our priority is to ensure both candidate and client satisfaction.

Medacs Healthcare consultants are healthcare professionals and recruitment specialists, who have worked and travelled abroad. We believe in providing our candidates and clients with service that is honest, straightforward and open and we take pride in our high level of personalised care.

Medacs Healthcare is a member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association Ltd. (RCSA), the professional body for the employment services industry throughout Australia and New Zealand. The RCSA’s mission is “to represent and service the interests of its Members for the increased profile and professionalism of the industry.”  We abide by the RCSA’s Professional Code of Conduct. Employing the services of RCSA member companies helps clients feel confident that their employment service requirements will be undertaken by a company bound by a Code for Professional Practice, with access to the best in education, training and the most up-to-date industry intelligence.

AAMRA

Medacs Healthcare is a member of the Australian Association of Medical Recruitment Agents (AAMRA) which was established, as a Special Interest Group, under the auspices of RCSA. This association represents the special interests and needs of medical practitioner recruitment agencies in Australia.

 

AANRA

Medacs Healthcare is a member of the Australia Association of a Nursing Recruitment Agencies (AANRA) has been established as a Member group under the auspices of the RCSA. This member group of the RCSA is established to cater for the special interests and needs of Corporate Member Agencies whose business is the provision of recruitment and agency services to the nursing industry of Australia.
